Technician explained how the Rollator works and offered to change the height setting but it was perfect. He showed me how to set the brakes and reminded me not to sit down on it unless the brakes were set. Great job!
I was at the office twice; first to have a fitting and pick up my equipment, and second to make an adjustment. Both times were completely helpful and painless. When I say painless I mean no run around or vague promises.
I’m happy to say both times were exceptional experiences. And I walked away smiling. That doesn’t happen very often these days!
