I work for Cedarhurst Senior Living in Shiloh and we love the relationship we have with Home Instead. The caregivers that are introduced to our community from Home Instead are very respectful of our rules and regulations and meet the standards we hold our own caregivers to. Families and residents have always been very pleased with the services they have received. The ladies in the office and in the field are always quick to respond when we might have an emergent situation. We are fortunate to have a company and service like Home Instead in our area.
I thank these this place from the bottom of my heart .They took excellent care of my husband while he battled Dementia until his passing .Thank you all .
This company took amazingly good care of my grandmother in the last season of her life. Their caregivers are well-trained, and the plan of care, fees, and service agreements are well-laid out and easy to understand. The whole company is stellar! It was such a relief to know my grandma was in good hands when we couldn't be there.
