I called his office and his secretary, Amanda was so rude to me. The reason I called the office was on behalf of my sister. They informed her the day before she had less than 30 days to be out of her home that she lived in for 27 years paid off in 2011 and property taxes paid up to date. My sister asked me to call for her to have them get her file ready so we can pick that up to find another lawyer. I told Amanda that I understood that my sister is the one that needs to call and I told her that her rudeness was unnecessary. I’ve been in customer service for 30 years. I also have empathy. I wasn’t being rude to her and even if I was she is the voice of that office. She is your first impression that you get. Well all I have to say is Amanda, learn how to be professional and respectful of other people over the phone. It’s not that hard. You didn’t have to jump down my throat because I had a question about my sisters file.

I thought George was doing everything in his power to help my disabled mother fight for her house for the past 3 years, promising he would take the case to the furthest level he could even promising if something were to ever happen to him he has someone to take over my mothers case promising her every bit of 3 more years before worrying about finding somewhere else to live if the case were ever lost. Out of nowhere his security called 6 days after a 30 day eviction notice was put in place on my mothers house. George broke his promise , his secretary had zero remorse telling my mother her case was lost, George is sick, and no one to represent her like promised. His office was more than rude over this very sensitive news basically telling my mom to go kick rocks without any advice on what to do next. My disabled mother due to lack of communication and lack of representation from this office now is going to be homeless in less than 7 days without a dollar to her name for her 250000 home. I would not suggest using this office to support anyone unless you want false hope with ZERO remorse or answers regarding your case. Just horrible I’m beyond disappointed, this was a very serious case with very serious consequences all for false hope and now my disabled mother, myself and sister have nowhere to go when this could of been all avoided with proper communication and representation from this office. My rating is 0 out of 5 you have a better chance representing yourself, don’t waste your time or mental health on this law firm
