Not gonna lie. I’m 45 and my body generally hurts from years of military training, so when my son asked me to take up a kickboxing class with him, I was 99% certain that it was not going to go well for me. But let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I am at how this gone so far. Nearly 3 months in and while my body is generally sore (as it should be after a good workout), there are areas that were not very flexible before, mainly hips and lower back, that suddenly feel like they’ve received a new quart of oil. I stumbled upon this place doing door to door of all things. Coach Rocky was super kind and welcoming and let me hit the speed and heavy bag for the 20 minutes I had to kill. Great gym, phenomenal coach, all around good vibes. ?

Great place to get in and learn the foundations of boxing and kickboxing. Coach Rocky was very friendly and helped me get in as much training as I needed despite my horrid work schedule. Classes are not intimidating at all and are focused on teaching things the right way rather than just trying to knock someone out. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to start their MMA journey, or someone who just needs something to keep them in great shape.
