About as honest and forthcoming as you can get. Another local company tried to convince me of services I didn't need that were massively expensive and unwarranted. American came in, thoroughly inspected my new house and explained every step of the way what they were seeing along with where they were seeing it. There were no hidden surprises here, just honest people providing their knowledge to try and fix the problem.
