Contacted this roofer after recently purchasing a home and finding a roof warranty receipt from Iliana Roofing from over 5 years ago in a file cabinet upstairs. The roof was leaking, so we gave them a call, they responded within the hour, and they came out the next morning to give us a free inspection and let us know what the issue is. They stand by their work, gave good advice, and although we won't be needing their service this time around, we know who we're gonna call when we do.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great communication as they were very busy so our house was fit into the schedule later in the season, but they told us the timetable up front and stayed in contact regarding materials, colors, etc. great, quick work on a full tear off, seamless gutters, soffits, fascia \\u0026 gutter guards \\u0026 recommend a great tuck pointer too!

So thankful! I called Illiana Roofing today because an ice dam had formed on our roof and water was leaking inside the house. I am so thankful that Illiana Roofing came out within two hours, climbed on our dangerous roof in freezing temperatures and removed the snow and ice. We will use them again in the spring to help determine what is causing the ice dam to build up in the same spot when the weather is bad. Thank you again!Service: Storm/wind damage roof repair
