Returned our call promptly & kept in touch when a hiccup with other service calls ahead of us. He was sure to have the part needed when he came. Completed a washer repair on a Fri eve (in 1 visit) and we couldn't be happier. Very reasonable. We would highly recommend Mike. He's a one man band & knows his stuff with the value of many years experience.

My clothes dryer hose became disconnected some time ago. I have heard for some time about the professionalism of Berkley Appliance Inc. and decided to check the company out. The reviews were correct. Mike called before arriving, was very prompt and got the job done. He provided some information about the upkeep of the dryer for efficiency and safety purposes. Great company, and I am sure that I will hire Berkley Appliance Inc. in the future.
