I have been to different salons in the area, but none compare to Zano. The amount of professionalism and care the stylists and reception ladies give is out of this world. HALEY and KARISSA have been my stylists for almost 2 years, and they provide the most luxurious and incredible services. I highly recommend trying Zano because you will not regret it!
I’ve been going to Zano’s in Batavia for over 17yrs and the highlight of my experience is with Laima. She not only is an amazing manicurist but an amazing person! She is warm, loving and a wonderful person - feels like family. Sitting in that massage chair, getting a pedicure, is like a vacation away - feels phenomenal! I would highly recommend going to Laima!!
Nazima is THE best hair colorist I've ever gone too; and I've had many over the years. I've been coming to Zanos since it first opened, when Nazima was the person doing the hair washes...she was THE best at that "first"...I only wanted her to wash my hair, so thorough, massage etc! As a colorist she's a consummate professional, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable and always "gets it right." She's a subject matter expert with an eye for color; and not surprisingly now, she teaches others to do hair color. I always walk out looking and feeling absolutely beautiful!! You get what you pay for here, excellence every time. High Five!! Ten plus stars!!
