From the first call to get a quote to the day of install they were very professional. Andy came out gave us a quote and explained the next steps in detail and step by step. Customer Service always gave us a call when they received the material for the install. And let us know when we should expect them out for the install. We recently (4 weeks ago) got a new/replacement fence put in our yard by Paramount Fence Co. of Batavia. The quality of their materials was top rate; their installers were excellent, and there was NO mess to clean up when they were done. Their price seemed very fair to me. I did not "shop around" as they have a very good reputation in our neighborhood. I would recommend Paramount to any one looking for a fine quality fence that is well put in/installed.
