Hadn't been to Douglas and decided to give them a try - turns out it was the right choice! I was late to order and Douglas was so helpful in meeting my deadline. Installers were polite and professional. Yes - I will use Douglas again in the future!

Congratulations to Douglas Carpet One for an amazing carpet installation in our home. The crew who did the installation were professional, caring and did an awesome job with everything. Being a retired homebuilder I've worked with many carpet companies and Douglas Carpet One by far has been the best. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Cannot say enough good things about our experience with Douglas. Jim and his team did a phenomenal job transforming our main floor. Tile and transition removal to one smooth floor throughout. Clean, thorough and all on time. Belinda was great in the showroom too getting everything planned.
