Services rendered but as far as I'm concerned rude rude rudeOut of the 3 women working one was very kind and seemed to enjoy her profession. The other two yelled alot talked in a foreign language the door said walk ins welcome. I saw them tell two women to get out we busy and one worker was just filing her nails. So if you love the place good for you but as far as I'm concerned I won't waist my time or money. Lucky I didn't just walk out not done.

I have frequented this business for years and just needed my acrylic nails soaked off. When I walked in they told me that they are very busy. I said that I would wait. They let 4 people go in front of me as I sat and waited. Very disrespectful and talking back to me when I questioned it. I said that I am a paying customer as well. I will never be back to Q Nails.

Came in on 7/10/2022 and scheduled an appointment for 7/14/2022 at 12:30 pm with Elsa. Arrived on time for the appointment and was asked to come back at 3:00 pm because Elsa was not in yet. Arrived at 3:00 pm and was told Elsa wasn't there. I wasted time and gas. This is not the first time this has happened either.
