“I had Luke from Mega Solutions install my windows in 2019. Today while I was cleaning my windows, I caused the top window to go off track and it kept sliding down. I tried fixing it by myself but couldn't get both inner springs to align at the same height. I called Mega Solutions, Luke answers right away, I explained the issue, text pictures, he is at my house within the hour! He places the window back on track in seconds and then teaches me (again) how to properly open, close, take out windows to avoid any further issues. He then asks me to do a return demonstration so he knows I fully understand and am doing it properly. He is awesome. I expected to pay him for this service call. He doesn't charge me!
