She was so happy and to see her face after her cut was priceless. Dawn and the other employees were super friendly and shared in her happiness. We will definitely become regulars. “The experience could NOT have been better! I went to try a spray tan for the first time. Had no idea what to expect. The woman at the front walked me through the entire thing in the most basic steps (which is what I was looking for lol) She helped me pick which level. Walked me through different options and there was even a special so it was $7 for the whole thing. She walked me to the room. Showed me what to use and how and then instructed me on how the machine worked. Totally put my mind at ease - it’s not the most comfortable going into a place with zero makeup on, hair not done and she was not judgy at all. Really glad I went and will def be going back to the Bartlett location. Oh and my tan looks great! ??“

“Had a couple sprays here satisfactory but wanted a little darker. The girl at the desk recommended "double dark" which turned out super light on me. After 7 hours of waiting to develop I called the salon & spoke to manager Katie who had me come in right away (30 minutes before close!) to fix it. Even with a machine malfunction midway & trying to get out for the night she was professional, accommodating & talked patiently with me about possible results, knowing I couldn't come back in the morning (getting on an airplane). “My first time at a LA Tan, I have gone for 3 spray tans. I really like the spray booth machine. Easy direction and doesn't streak or make me orange.“

“Used to come here a while ago and it was always way too packed and all the equipment was always too busy. Now the crowd is less than before so it actually allows you to maximize your time. Hopefully it stays like this with a medium crowd. I do get here after 8 so I'm not sure how it is before that.“
