The worst attention ever, the old lady in the front desk shouldn't be there, heartless and unkind despite the doctor's atention is alright that old lady make me regret yo go there anytime
It would be cheaper AND easier to fly to Mexico and get the medicine I need from a pharmacy there than it has to get the care I need from this doctor.I wish this was an exaggeration. I am frustrated with my experience (and still sick).
This location is for prevention care, not post-infection care.This location does not do remote visits or have in-house specialists.I was told that patients cannot receive care for symptomatic COVID unless they come in-person.As a virologist: This is saddening.Edit: Improved from a 1 star rating based on the willingness of the doctor to listen to my concerns today.I was still rushed out in 15 minutes, but at least they were sympathetic.
