Real Movement and Martial Arts is a welcoming and encouraging environment for people of all training backgrounds. The facility offers a variety of classes, including jiu jitsu (gi and no gi), striking, sparring, and kids' classes (ages 3+), as well as a women-only jiu jitsu class. The staff is well-trained, knowledgeable, and dedicated, with a great coaching staff and training partners. The schedule is convenient, with classes available 7 days a week, and every class is led by a black belt.
