Puroclean of Bartlett is amazing! The office quickly responded to our request for help! Julian called that day to setup an estimate and assess the water damage. Within minutes, Julian assessed minimum water damage. As precaution-sprayed with mold prevention and left a dehumidifier and fan to ensure no moisture remained behind shower wall. He returned to gather equipment and double checked all was well. He was very knowledgeable, polite and explained every step as he proceeded. Our sump pump backed up on a Thursday night and I called Puroclean of Bartlett. They came out the same day and cleaned up the water and dried out our basement in timely manner. Could not recommend these guys anymore! Nick communicated with myself and my insurance company consistently and answered all questions I had. Thank you for taking care of a stressful situation for me.

Re 5-6-2024 Water Damage in Condo from Unit above; Dishwasher Sprung Major Leak State Farm sent PUROCLEAN of BARTLETT to our condo the following day at 7:30am and they were prompt, professional, extremely courteous, and explained everything they needed to do. They checked daily on the status and updated us of what follows. Julian V. & Dustin were the team members who did the water mitigation work for a whole week and both were a delight. The Reconstruction Manager came by to assess what needed to be painted and repaired. We were the Liability Claimants on above unit owner's Policy and that hang-up with State Farm took until July 11, 2024 before we got our check.... read full review
