I was a new patient, got through paperwork quickly, the facility and all the rooms were comfortable and relaxing, and I was never pressured to buy extra things. I met with Dr. Opitz, who was absolutely phenomenal. He explained things very clearly, including why it was best to keep a current prescription as opposed to overcorrecting/prescribing.
