Last year, Ernest Window Washing Service provided outstanding service with two professionals cleaning 88 windows in the house and gazebo. This year, however, the experience was disappointing. One technician showed up and failed to complete the job. After finishing the house, we reminded him that the gazebo was part of the contract. He appeared unwilling to do it, and someone he spoke to on the phone confirmed they would skip the gazebo this year. Consequently, the technician left without completing the job.

I am very happy with the services provided by Ernest Windows. I didn’t realize how dirty my siding and windows were until after they were cleaned. My neighbor noticed and will be contacting Ernest Windows for their home.
I highly recommend Ernest Windows—great communication beforehand—their service professional was fabulous…he arrived early, he was very detail oriented, his work was stellar! Thank you Valentine! My windows and mirrors are gleaming!!!
