Absolutely horrible experience my mom went to get a pedicure and they cut the side of her toe and she ended up getting an infection. She had to get antibiotics and when I went in to get a refund the staff was absolutely unprofessional and rude they even said that I don’t understand English even though I speak it fluently. I was also told to call the manager and I never got a response back this place is super unprofessional I would not recommend going here it’s really disappointing. They didn’t even apologize or try and figure something out .

It clearly says “Walk ins Welcome” right outside, but when I walked in on a Friday afternoon they turned me away stating they don’t have time because they have an appointment arriving soon. There were two staff members and 2 customers in there. One was getting her nails done and the other was just making an appointment. Sounds like they need more staff. I was going on a trip and just wanted a pedicure but apparently they didn’t want my business.

Just called for an appointment, and both ppl I spoke with have nasty and negative attitudes every time I call to get a nail appointment/ service did, they have nasty unintelligent ignorant attitudes on the phone. From here on forward they don’t have to worry about me coming or calling their nail salon again.
