Dr. K was out so I saw Erin. I thought I might have an infection starting from a covid vaccine I received on Tuesday. She assured me it wasn't an infection just a vaccine reaction which is normal, was a first for me but she said to ice it and take Tylenol if I should have pain. I've been icing it and it has not gotten any bigger, so I was pleased with her response and course of action to take. Everyone In this office is always very kind and attentive and helpful. .
I received excellent attention to my medical condition. My doctor heard my concerns and helped me to find a doctor. That would look deeper into my medical condition. I wanted to thank Dr Erine!
Dr Erin Kobiljak, was great four Stars for Erin only!Labs work on the other hand needs improvement, it really shouldn't hurt, it felt like needle went up my entire arm, worse feeling. I drank plenty of water and we used a butterfly needle, I’m thinking it’s the angle they enter in the needle. They need to practice on each other so they can see the proper way to make the experience as painless as possible. I miss DJ who was great at his job. Please work on improving this area. Two previous lab techs were not good experiences.
