I have been a patient/client for decades. Prior to Pinnacle it was Van Dam Dermatology. Dr. Van Dam started the business. I was very satisfied with his services and am also satisfied with the service Barrington Pinnacle provides. Recently I had an IPL treatment and a few days ago I had a Fraxel laser treatment on my face by Dr. Patel. I am very satisfied with both and given my history with them, I do recommend them.
From the moment I walked into Pinnacle Dermatology, I was impressed by how clean and bright the space is. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel right at home. A huge thanks to Kori, the manager, who was so kind and worked with me to fit me into the schedule. I had the SkinPen microneedling done by Kristin, and she was just the best! So bubbly, outgoing, and truly the sweetest—she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a professional, welcoming, and friendly place, I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology!
It was easy to get an appointment. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised they took me early. The questionnaire was completed online on the patient portal but I didn’t like that they had me redo it in the office. Double work. Also I was not able to enter my insurance information online. It was grayed out.
