The place is disorganized and she told me to call to see if my items were ready to be picked up. Called 4 days after she told me to call was told it wasn't done. Called a week later still wasn't done. I needed the items to still go to the cleaners for a special event. I told her when I would pick up the items and was told no call me 4 days from now. I finally said I am coming tomorrow. She proceeded to call me that night to say they have been ready for weeks. DONT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE ON TIME. Very disappointed

I tried her one or two times and she was OK but not great. I should’ve trusted my better judgment. I brought her seven tops to shorten. I gave her one as a sample of the total length to shorten the tops to. She cut them to all different lengths and ruined them. I was willing to accept the fact that she made mistakes but the funny thing is she then wanted to charge me for the work she did even though she had ruined several tops. I was at a loss of over $100 and she expected me to pay her. She is sloppy and unorganized, and that should be recognized the moment you walk through the door. . She did a horrible job altering my pants. Pants needed to be tapered and fixing the length.When I complained she became very rude and hung up on me.I had to go there three times and still it was not fixed correctly so I waited while she worked on the pants. She changed more than other tailors in the area. I would away from this shop. I don’t think she is an experienced tailor for men’s clothing.Service: Pants alterations
