I suffered with a stiff, slightly swollen knee for about 4 years. I sought therapy at several places. Nothing changed. Then I found Erin White. She used her myofascial release technique...a very gentle manipulation. During the session, I thought, "Well, what she's doing can't possibly be effective," but it was !
