The Dr. is very nice and knowledgeable but after paying for a separate contact fitting, was told they would- under no circumstance- release my prescription unless I tried out their sample contacts. After multiple emails requesting and a call to my insurance on speakerphone while in office, the receptionist lost her temper and yelled that she would not give my prescription for contacts they thought would be phased out in the near future. It was the most bizarre interaction with an office I have ever had. My insurance suggested a complaint be filed which promptly made her suggest I just return to my old contact brand for which she COULD give me my script. So, so strange.

WONDERFUL experience. The receptionist was warm and inviting . Dr. Eugenia Lamazov had a very pleasant demeanor. She listened, explained everything , and addressed all my concerns during my initial exam . Would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lomazov at Assure Vision .

They’re the nicest people! They took care of me and I purchased glasses and contacts recently. They make you feel comfortable and have fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!
