My heat went out and I called and they were here within about an hour. They were very respectful, quick and made sure I was informed of everything they did. I 100% will share their information to anyone who needs it. Thank you for an accurate, quick job. You are all amazing
Update 2: I got a call from the regional manager about the issues I had with my experience and he apologized and explained why the AC couldn't be used because they had to empty the refrigerant but since it's cold they can't fill it up. He did say they were gana fill the lines up so nothing gets damaged in case it does turn on which is nice. Added an extra year of warranty for situation which is super nice as well. Seems like a chill company that cares.Update: they givin out bonuses to the worker and wanted u to write a 5 star review. Eduardo was outstanding in his diagnosis of the furnace heater issue. A ver friendly and polite person that took care of the problem and made sure everything was fine before he left.
