Been here a number of times. Wait time not too bad for a walk in, although sometimes they are pretty backed up. Once they were busy so they sent me to the one on Orchard. No problem there. Would do 5 stars except the lab would not do a chest x-ray because they are only staffed for that on certain days.

This place is amazing!!! Been here a couple times for my kids and I. The receptionist are always nice and always inform us about the wait time. The Dr.s here really care, they give quality care and not just rush you out the door. The rest of the staff are super sweet and kind. I understand it gets super busy in this location do to the only one with x-ray capabilities. Thank you to the staff for all you do and being open all year round even holidays. Tip for hours of operations go to there websites at rush copley, Google is incorrect.

Besides the wait time, which I don't really blame them for, nothing but positive remarks for this rush copley location. They gave my son a popsicle to help with his fever. After giving him his medicine. They were very understanding and caring with my toddlers was not like doctor's offices whatsoever.
