Came here for my DOT medical and this was a far worse experience than actually having to get my CDL A. They refused to speak with my doctors themself regarding my medications. However were aware I needed a medication verification form approval they said that could take 45 days! I talked to my doctor and this office for over a week getting this form worked out. They never initially sent the fax of the form over and once my doctor sent it back they "never received it" waited 2+ hours when I had an appointment for my DOT exam. I came to this place as a walk in appointment with a painful work injury. After they took my information and my license, people kept coming in and were being seen before me the moment they were registered while I waited. After waiting about two hours, I went to the receptionist to ask about my turn. She stated that the people that were being called in had appointments. I let another hour pass, and still no luck. This is when I told the receptionist I had been here more than three hours and people keep getting called in and I still haven't. This place is joke! Got here at 9 and the front desk told us to make appointments. They have 11:15 am and we took it got there 15 mins early still waiting more than 2 hours. Workers don't care
