This was my first major injury so I didn’t really know what to expect from a recovery standpoint. From day one Janelle instilled nothing but confidence in the fact that I would get back to what I was doing prior to the injury. She was there every step of the way and was always very honest with what my capabilities were during the entire rehab process. Which was much needed because I was very eager to return to my sport and would have overdone it on my own. With her guidance I was able to return to what I was doing in under a year and I’m doing better than ever!“
