Customer service was awesome, very attentive and informative! They have a great selection of frames! Prices are the best around (I shop around before I make any purchase!) Quality is great! I will defiantly recommend to family and friends! I also was able to use my Carson's charge card & my rewards! 5/5!!

Horrible Horrible .....Ordered and paid for glasses in October. 2 months later still havent received Excuses after excuses. The location at Fox Valley makes plenty of promises but wont deliver.DO NOT DEAL WITH OLLA AND THIS COMPANY. she will tell you lie after lie and promise you the world free. Now going on 3 months of no glasses, apparently two pairs are somehow lost and no one can find them. RUN fast away from this eye glass scam.....promised a refund but no one that works there seems to know how to do that and they all blame each other .....DO NOT USE THEM
