We received a poinsettia from friends as an advent gift. It was delivered December 6th at 6:45 pm. It wasn’t wrapped in paper or plastic. There were no leaves on the stems and within 2 days the flower petal leaves were falling off. I called on December 17th and was told the owner would contact me. No one followed up.
