I would not recomend this photographer, my nieces quince was canceled due to covid. My sister has been trying to contact him since March. The least you could do is answer the phone or respond back to emails. We did have a contract as well so we will be getting a lawyer involved. It's just sad that it has to come to this. What kind of business are you running???

Graduation Photosas an adult graduating from college the ceremony photo is quite important milestone, I paid for the photo's and it has been 3months no photos. I email 2xs, no response, I called them and a man told me the owner had to go to Mexico for a couple of month and he would look for the photos I paid for an call me back, never heard another word. I am going to file a complaint against them now. I am so pissed, I reported his business to Rasmussen College as well. I only want my graduation photo's
