I went in there with the highest hopes bc I need glasses and contacts to live. However, they got my prescription wrong. The contacts were cutting my eyes bc he did not measure the curvature of my eye right. I went back in to ask if they could redo the exam. I was told no. However I could be a pair of trials to see if they were better. Still waiting on them to call me to let me know. And that’s been three weeks ago. They also tried to overcharge me when my insurance covered most of the cost!!!! Not once but twice!!!!

I've been coming here since I was 16. Everybody I've delt with was always friendly. So I started bringing my kids too. They starred my daughter at a lower prescription to get her eyes ready. It's time for a new pair and for the last month I've been calling to set up an appointment and no one has been answering it rings till it disconnects. I'd give a higher star rating if it wasn't for that. Please pick up the phone. I don't want to start all over.

For more than ten years receiving your services, the staff is very friendly, the doctor is super professional, I have wanted to go to another optical but I will not change them, 100% satisfied with the cake, thank you Mrs. Blancanita, Miguel and Dr. ?
