Working with Kathy Brothers Team and Keller Williams Innovate has been a great experience. From the realty knowledge and industry trends they bring to the table helped us make solid decisions. From listing our home to full closing was less than 5 weeks. We are so pleased that we are using her team to purchase our next house. Kathy and her wonderful team went above and beyond with my family. She came in initially after working with other people that highly recommended her and she did not disappoint. Me and my family were struggling to find out where to begin with the remodeling of their home and Kathy came in with a step by step game plan of how everything would go and what needed to be done to maximize the sale. It was an awesome experience working with the Kathy brothers team! They paired me with Julie Fiorito and she was phenomenal! She was responsive, attentive, she explained everything clearly, she helped me through the progress and got me a good deal on my first ever purchase. I will certainly recommend anyone to these guys!
