Natasha is the absolute best! We had a very stressful and complicated move and she went WAAYYYY above and beyond (very last minute and on her day off, no less!) to make sure we had what we needed and more! Natasha made the uhaul rental/pickup process a breeze and was honestly the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a customer service setting but also just in general! I just can't say enough good things! If you're moving, don't go anywhere else, seriously!!

Natasha is AMAZING! By far the best customer service I have ever received from any company anywhere! She is so pleasant and so sweet and went way above and beyond to help us and make sure our move went as smooth as possible. I can't say enough good things! Natasha is AMAZING! We rented two uhaul trucks from her location for a very complicated and stressful move. By far best customer service I have ever received from any company, anywhere!
