I worked with Rick Litton and Nic Seibert on my loan and could not have been happier with the process from start to finish. They were exceedingly friendly, helpful and worked efficiently to process our loan quickly and painlessly. We had a relatively short amount of time between when our purchase contract was signed and the closing, but they didn't bat an eye.
