My family and I have been going to her salon here and there throughout the years. Their service is very attentive and polite. The inside is very clean as well. I believe many of the bad reviews are due to the cultural differences and language barrier. They are a Korean ran business, please try to understand they are trying their best to accommodate you but there may be some misunderstandings. If anything it's always best to have a picture of what you want if you are going to any salon to get your hair done. They have very reasonable prices for their color and cuts. I got my hair cut and colored there a while back and it was one of the best cut and color I have gotten. Definitely planning on going again to get my hair cut the next time I'm in town.
After a long time I did hair cutting at Jennifer’s hair salon, Jennifer did awesome job, she was listening to my opinion and did the hair cut, must recommend this place. Thank you so much Mr. Shaun and Mrs. Jennifer, will come back soon.
To be honest, I was a little hesitant because of some of negative reviews. To my surprise, this is one of my best haircuts ever! From my experience at other salons, normally the hair stylist is super chatty and within the hour, knows everything about you. Jennifer is definitely reserved and spent the time perfecting the cut. I don't know about everyone else, but I rather have someone that is an introvert (a little quiet time is great) and is paying attention to detail. Extremely happy with the result and will be back!
