The technicians do a good job of applying the treatments. They always acknowledge their arrival in case I have any questions. The lawn looked healthier this year than in the past which I attribute to the treatments. I had aeration and overseeding done in the fall, however there are still some areas where the seed did not germinate which I am told will be addressed in the spring. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jacob C, who came out to do our air duct cleaning. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Jacob took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. To be accurate in my 1st year back with Green T after they returned to coverage in our area I give them a 4.25 Star rating. Overall satisfied however I would suggest they encourage their technicians that apply the applications to be more aware of issues with the lawn. Example would be patches of crab grass or other unwanted weeds. During the summer I had to point out the areas of concern to them. They were happy to apply and treat - better to have them identify and treat.
