They stay late to ensure patients receive the necessary attention, and explain everything clearly. The clinic uses self check-in on an iPad at the reception, making the process easy and efficient. Patients often wait a couple of hours, but reviews say it is worth the wait because treatment is always good. The staff are very nice, professional, patient, and provide excellent customer service. The nurses and doctors are very thorough, attentive, and friendly, diagnosing and treating quickly to help patients feel better fast. The clinic also e-sends prescriptions to pharmacies, adding to the convenience. Overall, Fox Valley Primary and Immediate Care offers excellent immediate care and service in a caring and professional environment.
came in for a 12:30 appointment and didn’t leave till 1:50. Your MA wearing mismatching scrubs took my vitals on a sticky note that is unacceptable and unprofessional as well as the blood on the floor in my room. That is a hazardous serious issue. I will be reporting you to the Illinois health and safety auditors that is not okay! I came in and explained 4 times that my symtpoms were being treated at home I just needed a note clearing me for work. Your nurse, Becuase there’s is no way that woman is a doctor, told me she wanted a urine sample. A URINE SAMPLE! FOR WHT????????? None of my symptoms matched that of a UTI that is just stupid. Asking for a urine sample without any explanation is also NOT OKAY. Telling me 10 minutes later that you thought it was Becuase you thought I had a UTI even though nothing I said had anything to do with my visit is insulting. I said over 15 times it was just a sinus infection and that I was taking medicine for it. I had to go to the front desk and tell them we’d be sitting in our room for an hour and 25 minutes to be seen by your nurse. And after all that nonsense you still weren’t able to provide a doctors note that made any sense. I wasn’t there for covid you made me take a test that came back negative until 2 hours later after the MA said 3 minutes. And the only stupid thing you put in the note was that my test was negative THATS NOT WHAT I WAS THERE FOR! This is a place full of very fake fake fake professionals. Nobody at that office should be practicing medicine. Y’all picked the wrong career that was insanely stupid. And if you’re going to make people wait 2 hours. Dissolve your idiotic check in process.
