I previously reviewed that Floorguard refused to remedy the wrong color applied to my garage floor. They have now agreed to redo the project and correct it to my satisfaction! Staff has been extremely professional and helpful!

we had our garage floor done in 2015 and originally we were more than happy with the results. However, a year ago we noticed large white spots on the floor. We were told that acetone would resolve the problem and it did until the floor got wet again and the spots reappeared. i contacted Floorguard today and was told to keep using acetone because discoloration is not covered under the warranty. Very disappointing. Greg B

I used Floorguard a few years ago and was very pleased. When we decided to move, we thought we need Floorguard in our new place! Call and ask for our previous rep and they said he didn't work there anymore...gave us Jim. Easy sale for Jim because I literally just told him over phone the color, size, etc. Never met him since we hadn't closed yet. They took a 50% deposit. Never heard from them again. I had to call and confirm if they were coming on the day that we discussed 8 weeks prior, texted Jim...never heard back. The installer did a great job, however absolutely no feeling that they appreciated my repeat business and $6500 in 3 years. Nothing from Jim, nothing from Floorguard...except the charge to my CC. No communication what so ever. I had a new neighbor come down while the work being done He wanted to see what it looked like (saw the truck and always wanted it for his garage). Neighbor next day asked me if I'd recommend Floorguard and who did I deal with? The answer, no...there is nobody "I dealt with", nobody I'd recommend, in fact...I would recommend using a company that appreciates your business...which is not Floorguard. I can't imagine just charging $2500 to a person's CC with not anything emailed to the customer...maybe a thank you, a receipt, or how was the project for you!? I had to call them to even get a receipt The corporate office needs some training on how it is run. There are too many epoxy floor businnes out there with great reviews to spend your hard earned money with a company that doesn't appreciate it!
