Jeff is a cool guy very helpful in class helped me change one little thing that in the past 5 yrs of multiple teachers and classs no has ever pointed out. I'd give this place a go!

This is one of my most favorite places. The classes are fabulous! And it is true, yoga is for everyone! Especially at Aurora Yoga Center. Jeff and Natalie are amazing teachers. And while your there get the most amazing yoga bones shirt that Lisa creates!

First time I ever tried Yoga, and i couldn't have been in better hands. Everybody was very kind and aware of my needs at every step of the way. Having fibromyalgia, Jeff was made sure I was not hurting myself, and modified several positions to fit my needs. I'm very impressed with Aurora Yoga Center and would recommend it to anyone starting a healthier lifestyle. Thank you everyone who made me feel so welcomed! Thanks Tina for extending the invitation!!
