The person is really helpful, but he sold me a cpu/ heat sink without bottom Screws. I do need need those to tie the fan at the back of the motherboard being into IT he should’ve have advised me on that but maybe he forgot… nonetheless he gave me a great deal and I will be okay if helps me out with this matter.

I had a black screen issue with my laptop, and Adrian did an excellent job. He identified and fixed the problem quickly, and my laptop was back the very next day. I had them diagnose my son's desktop and it was either something minor or major. I was glad to find out it was relatively minor. My son will be happy. Plus he let me come in a little after closing to pick it up. Very satisfied.
