Yoga in Arlington Heights

“Hoped in Sunday morning advanced yoga class.People created such a positive environment and I was welcomed like as old friend.As class descried it was not fundamental. Class atmosphere and challenges are really "fun the mental yoga class”. Room temp was not elevated, but sweat like hot yoga,When I visit Arlington Heights, I will definitely hop in this studio again.Highly recommended.“

“I live in Colorado but was visiting the Chicago area this past summer. I met an acupuncturist at a different clinic and wanted to see her one more time before heading back. She works part time at Juntendo clinic so my last appointment was there. I have chronic bronchitis and whenever I have a flare up acupuncture is the only thing that helps. While I was in the waiting room I started coughing and my acupuncturist brought me a cup of water with a syrup in it that really calmed my cough. When I was through with my treatment, I asked if I could buy a bottle of the cough remedy but it turns out that they don't sell it, it was from Dr Ye's personal remedies. She got an empty bottle and gave me probably 2-3 ounces of it and didn't charge me for it. I'm writing this months later because my bronchitis flared up again recently, I took what was left over, found it on Amazon, ordered it and it has helped calm it down tremendously. Thanks to Dr. Ye's generosity I have found something that helps after searching for years. I highly recommend her clinic!!!“
