Jamie Shay went above and beyond to show me the ins/outs of the new windows, took his time and was very professional!! I'm excited and am looking forward to the new windows coming soon!! Overall a great and genuine experience!
The install team was fantastic. I'd give a thousand stars if I could. They were so fast, so effient. The windows look a thousand times better than the old ones did. No more mold, no more BS. It was expensive, but worth every. Looking forward to the amazing breeze I now have access to!
We had a representative from Universal Windows Direct come out yesterday to do an estimate on window replacement. Her name is Lynn, and she was fantastic! She is down to earth, friendly and personable.. She is knowledgeable with every aspect of, not only the product… The windows…every single detail.. which to be quite honest, I had no idea how much thought and science goes into the design of these windows., but she is also quite knowledgeable with the industry itself, and all of the little variables and loopholes that are involved.
