My phone would not charge anymore and I took it to uBreakiFix. They were very friendly and checked the phone for free to see what was wrong. They told me what I thought that I needed a new charging port. They did not have one in stock but it came in the next day. I dropped my phone off at 2 and it was ready at 4.The phone is perfect now charging up from 10 percent to 100 in 45 minutes. This store gives great service at fair prices. Now can they help me with an old windows 10 computer that is acting up or should I get a new one? Highly recommend this business in Arlington Heights! Happy New Year Everyone! ? ?
I appreciated the customer service of John - in person - and Adam - on the phone. They were both very helpful and honest. Given the realities that my phone's issue could not be completely addressed since the data retrieval expert only works on Weds. - and next Weds. the store will be closed on Xmas Eve - I decided to take my phone to another place that looked at it today.
