I had such an excellent experience, my tech was Seil and he was so helpful. I actually had to reach out to peoples gas and he was so thorough when explaining everything I needed to say and what needed to be done. Everything he said did ring true, Seil really went above and beyond.
Customer service representative was very professional and very courteous. He diagnosed the problem and quickly took steps to replace the necessary parts and get us back up and running with hot water. He was finished before I knew it. I would recommend this service to anybody who needs a professional to address an immediate need.
They were amazing they are more helpful than rheem they have no concern and my water heater was leaking gas and I had just had it replaced but this company came and took care of my problem thank you
