The Arlington Heights office was fantastic! I can't recommend this location enough. They worked so hard to ensure that our dog got the care we needed at a price that was good for us. Thank you, Vicky, Patty, and Dr. Heaver for taking such good care of our boy, Ed, and on short notice.

Where do I start?! Dr. Heaver and the rest of the staff were Amazing! I took my poodle Mocha in when she got super sick and we didn’t know what was wrong. I really thought that we were going to lose her or we were going to have to put her down. The entire time dr. Heaver and staff kept us calm and told us not to think about that. I never once felt judged for not being able to hospitalize mocha due to financial reasons. They helped me so much and did what they could within my financial means. Long story short Mocha went in severely dehydrated, skinny, lethargic, throwing up, not wanting to eat and Dr Heaver didn’t give up on my baby girl. She was optimistic threw...read full review

Patty was absolutely amazing!! She made our pups and us feel so welcome and comfortable and i cannot recommend her enough! She was very comforting and gave us great advice with our pups!!! 10/10 recommend will only be going to this location from now on!!!
