Have been going to Sozo Nails for years. I go every 2-4 weeks & get manicure & pedicure (less often) and have never had any issues. I make an appointment & do not have to wait when I get there. The ladies are very nice.

This was a great nail and spa experience. The staff were all so nice and friendly. I had just flew in out of town for an event and needed to kill time until I could check into my hotel that was 10 minutes away. I got a dazzle mani and regular pedi. Trust me my feet and nails needed alot of help after traveling. The leg scrub and hot stone massage on my legs was just what I needed after my flight. Jessica took her time and I so appreciate that. Like other reviews mentioned they had nice soft music in the background and HGTV on the TV. It was very pleasant. Located in downtown Arlington Heights. It's always busy here so definitely make an appointment. Prices are high but service is consistent.Lots of polish colors. They also offer dazzle, no chip and acrylic.
