Three stars is being generous. The work that was done was four stars, but the ambience and the way they talked to me and the cleanliness leaved much to be desired. I came in and the seat was filthy. I asked her to clean it and she said, "it was just oil." Oil? Someone sat there and the seat was not cleaned for me, unacceptable. After my pedicure I was told that other customers were coming and I WOULD have to move out of my chair. They came and took other chairs and when someone did come for my chair I was told "You have to leave now the next person is here." That is not a way to talk to the customer. Finally, charging 2 bucks to use the credit card? Ok, so we all have expenses. I had 40 dollars budgeted for this experience. 35 was the credit card charge, which leaves me a 5 dollars amount to tip. 33 was the cash amount which would leave me 7 to tip. I pay with CC, their loss on her tip. Sorry if I am being blunt about this. Looking for another place.

Located in downtown Arlington Heights. It's always busy here so definitely make an appointment. Prices are high but service is consistent.Lots of polish colors. They also offer dazzle, no chip and acrylic.

I've been going here for years and haven't had a problem till the last year. Specifically with pedicures. The quality has just gone down so much. They'll take 20 minutes to complete the entire service. Skip steps like massaging or proper cleaning. It's extremely frustrating. I used to recommend this place, but I no longer do
