From beginning to end, these guys were fabulous. The night of our water damage, I called Rapid One in the middle of the night and left a message. Jason called me back within five minutes. The guys came out the next day hauling away the ruined stuff and setting up dryers to try to salvage whatever possible. Jason dealt with our insurance company, going to bat for us, scrutinizing our policy to make sure they paid as much as the policy would cover. The workmen boxed up whatever had to be removed during renovations and took it to a storage facility, giving us the keys. At the end, they brought all the stuff back from storage. After calling many companies after our water heater decided to spring a massive leak that left my home in ankle deep water. Rapid One were the quickest to our rescue. Jason and the guys have been awesome. Unfortunately we had to leave our unit since it is currently going through a month long reconstruction but the guys packed up our stuff and hauled our stuff into a storage unit. I feel a great relief that this company was placed in our path as it has minimized the stress on our family. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. Do not hesitate to call. Very professional and Jason will communicate every step of the way.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend them! They go to bat for you with insurance companies, are clear and concise on the plans for the work that needs to be done, they are careful and generous with their time and considerations for your home. The team is friendly and polite in all sense of the word. They do all they can to make sure you are happy with the end results and go above and beyond. I know who to call for any future work I may need done and will recommend them to my friends and family. Don’t hesitate to call on them. Very responsive!
