I just had an amazing experience with HVAC repair. Jason Aponte came by with his expertise and wasted no time in diagnosing my air conditioner problem and fixed it almost immediately. He’s superbly knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and got the job done right away! I can’t recommend Paragon (and Jason) enough!!!
I can't say enough great things about Paragon Mechanical and especially, John our Technician. The customer service throughout this entire process has been phenomenal. John was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained each step of the progress. All of his hard work is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend his and Paragon's services.
I cannot recommend Jason more highly or say enough nice things about him. He is excellent at what he does and works hard to find a solution. He has come to my rescue more than once. Besides his technical skills, and more importantly, Jason is a top notch human being. I wish everyone who came into my home was more like him - he’s the best!
