A few weeks ago, I wrote a review about Paragon Mechanical and I gave them a "one star" rating. I listed full details of my unpleasant experience with the company. A representative of the company (Marcie) contacted me by phone last week and informed me that she was reviewing my situation to resolve my issues. She was very apologetic and sincere. Yesterday, Marcie called and informed me that after a complete and thorough investigation of the matter, the company will be refunding me the full amount of $280. I just had an amazing experience with HVAC repair. Jason Aponte came by with his expertise and wasted no time in diagnosing my air conditioner problem and fixed it almost immediately. He’s superbly knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and got the job done right away! I can’t recommend Paragon (and Jason) enough!!!
I can't say enough great things about Paragon Mechanical and especially, John our Technician. The customer service throughout this entire process has been phenomenal. John was thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained each step of the progress. All of his hard work is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend his and Paragon's services.
